How far in advance should we book?
Most couples reserve their date between 6 and 18 months before the wedding. Some dates are in higher demand and may become unavailable quickly, so we recommend reaching out as soon as your date and venue are confirmed.
What is required to reserve our date?
After learning about your plans and defining the right experience for your wedding, your date will be officially reserved once the contract is signed and the corresponding retainer has been paid.
Can the collections be customized?
Yes. Each experience provides a foundation for your coverage, but additional hours, albums, and other elements may be added according to the needs of your celebration.
Do you offer videography?
We specialize exclusively in photography. If you also need video coverage, we can recommend trusted videographers whose services and proposals you can consider independently.
How many photographs will we receive?
Most couples receive 500 photographs or more. The final number depends on the coverage time, timeline, and flow of the wedding day. Every delivered image is carefully selected and edited.
When will we receive our photographs?
Depending on the experience selected, you may receive a preview within the first 72 hours after the wedding.
Most galleries are delivered within approximately 2 to 3 weeks. The maximum delivery time is 30 business days. All photographs are delivered fully edited through a private online gallery.
